This is what I believe to be a "Neopolitan" figure of a market seller.  The detail is amazing.   One basket is full of chickens the other basket has other provisions.  The baskets are of really good quality .  The straw hat is so beautifully done and very fine quality.  The clothes are original, with some fading due to age.  I think the face is fabric.  The base looks like a replacement but fits well with the figure.
