A great example of a Georgian rococo silver baby rattle.  Great colour and lots of detail.   Possibly by John Rich.  Two of the bells would appear to be replacements and I think at some point a new piece of coral may have been inserted.   There is one small hole, not sure if it is damage or it had some use.  There whistle works well.  Please study the photographs for overall condition which is commensurate with age nad use
