A rare Georgian silver patch box decorated with an Adams Jasper Ware Wedgewood top.  Very unusual.   Makers mark only to base Joseph Taylor Birmingham circa 1800.  Sadly there is a crack across the top which may well have happened when it was made.  Inside is an old velvet pad which is loose.  The silver is in lovely condition.
